Need a break? Within the DOPDA.Space for movement and relaxation we will offer you a well dosed mix for your wellbeing. During the whole summit you can come to our space and practice some movement exercises (derived from martial arts and yoga), do some meditation, have a nice chat or just sit and relax with a good cup of tea or Indian chai. Furthermore we will offer some small workshops based on the topics of self-confidence and self-defense.
We are open from 8:00 to 22:00 (Sat. 19:00) and provide a space for a relaxed chai and chilled conversations. We provide a cozy atmosphere with comfortable sitting areas, chai-tea, energizing snacks, tools to get creative, a punching bag to relieve stress and a lot more. You can come to the Tower whenever you feel the need for relaxation. We will be closed during the periods of the main speakers.
